• ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1-2 shakes dried red pepper flakes


Place the peanut butter and the honey in a medium sized bowl. Add the boiling water a little at a time and mash with a spoon until blended. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Whisk vigously before using.
