Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups biscuit mix
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

Blend first three ingredients 300 strokes by hand. Add egg. Beat another 300 strokes by hand. Bake in a greased and floured 9-inch cake pan at 375° fpr 20 minutes. Split into two layers. Fill and top with sweetened strawberries and serve with whipped cream.
