Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup sherry
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 3 tablespoons catsup
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 12 ounces cooked shrimp or crab or a combination of both

Directions

Combine butter, flour, and salt in a saucepan. Cook for two minutes. Slowly pour in milk. Stir in sherry and other ingredients, adding seafood last. Heat through. Serve hot on white rice.
