Ingredients

  • ½ cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Put the vinegar, shallots, garlic and honey in a blender and blend for two minutes. Slowly drizzle in the oil to thicken the mixture. Season with salt.
