Ingredients
- 2 eggs , slightly beaten
- 1 can solid pack pumpkin
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- 13 fl. ounces evaporated milk or light cream
- 1 9" unbaked pie crust - 9 inch
Directions
Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in certe of the pie comes out clean. Cool. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
