Ingredients

  • ¾ cup salad oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ onion

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor. Process one minute until onion is minced. Keeps four weeks in refrigerator. Goes nicely with salads that have fruit in them--especially oranges or grapefruit.
