Ingredients

  • 1 head red or green leaf lettuce, washed and torn
  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pomegranate, seeded

Directions

When buying a pomegranate, look for one that is heavy for its size. Tear it open (being careful with the juice--it stains) and remove seeds. The seeds are what you will eat. Toss the lettuce, apple and pomegranate seeds with poppy seed dressing.
