Ingredients

  • 1 can pimentoes (or use roasted red peppers in a jar--about 3 big pieces)
  • 1 12 ounce pkg. cracker barrel extra sharp chedder
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

Drain pimentos. Pulverize in food processor. Grate cheese and mix with pimentos. Mix in enough mayonaisse to get the mixture to a spreadable consistency. Store in refrigerator. Spreads best at room temperature.
