Ingredients
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ⅓ cups pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie crust - 9 inch
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Mix together butter, eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Blend in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450°, then lower heat to 350° and bake in additional 40 to 50 minutes.
