Ingredients
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into thirds
- 1 box frozen tiny peas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions
Steam carrots about 4-5 minutes until tender. Cool and grate.
Add peas--don't cook them. Add mayonaisse and lemon juice and mix everyhing together (if you need a little more mayonaisse, add it). Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
