• 2 cams tomato paste
  • 2 cans tomato puree
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Cook garlic and onions in oil until soft. Add meat and brown. Add everything else. Cook very slowly for as long as you can. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking. It tastes better if you let it stay in the refrigerator for a day or so.
