Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup cauliflowerets
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 12 oz. can shoe peg corn
  • 1 12 oz. can french green beans
  • 1 12 oz. can red kidney beans
  • ½ box frozen peas

Directions

Put sugar, oil, rice vinegar and salt in a saucepan and bring until a boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Drain and rinse canned vegetables. Mix all vegetables together with marinade. Marinate overnight.
