• 1 oz. light rum
  • ½ oz. triple sec
  • ¼ oz. Rose's Lime Juice
  • 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ oz. orange juice
  • dash grenadine syrup
  • ½ oz. dark rum
  • pineapple slices and maraschino cherries, for garnish if you have them

The ingredients listed will make two drinks. Put everything in a shaker or jar except the dark rum and the garnishes. Add some ice. Shake. Serve over ice in an old fashioned glass. Pour half the dark rum on top of each drink. Shove garnishes onto a toothpick and stab them into the glasses. Serve with a tiny straw. If you don't have tiny straws, just mix the dark rum in with the other ingredients. If you don't have garnishes, drink it anyway. In tropical restaurants, this drink is served with a little paper parasol, but sometimes you can poke yourself in the eye with it.
