Ingredients

  • 4-5 scoops oats or 7 grain mix
  • 1 scoop coconut
  • 1 scoop sunflower seeds
  • 1 scoop nuts (your choice)
  • ½ cup water or apple juice
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Bake at 350° on a jelly roll pan for 30-40 minutes, removing pan and stirring every ten minutes. As it cools, add whatever dried fruit you prefer--cranberries, raisins, and a healthy amount of ground flax seed.
