Ingredients

  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon either vinegar or lemon juic
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Mash garlic with salt in mortar with pestle. Transfer garlic paste to small bowl or jar. Add remaining ingredients and shake well.
