Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions

Chop artichoke hearts. Mix them with remaining ingredients. Place mixture in lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
