Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded or grated
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tablespoon salad oil
Directions
Mix cabbage and carrots. In a small bowl, blend all other ingredients. Mix into cabbbage. Tastes better if it sits a while in the refrigerator.
