Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups fruit of your choice (fresh or canned)

Directions

Melt the margarine in a 8" square pan in a 350° oven. Mix flour, milk and one cup ofsugar into a smooth batter and stir into the butter. Mix fruit with 1/2 cup sugar. Put fruit on top. Bake about 35 min. at 350°.
