Ingredients
- 1 pound young, thin green beans (I used the frozen ones from Trader Joes)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons goat cheese
- freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. Cook the beans as you ordinarily would. Don't over cook.
2. In a medium-size serving bowl, c ombine the dill, lemon juice, goat cheese and pepper.
Stir in the beans and toss. Serve immediately.
