Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef 90%/10%
  • 1 large onion, chopped in the food processor
  • ½ cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly including the juice from the onions in the food processor. Form into patties. Freeze the ones you're not going to eat right away. Grill as you would regular burgers. Bill makes 8-9 burgers from two pounds of meat. You may want to make yours smaller.
