Ingredients
- 4-5 scoops oats or 7 grain mix
- 1 scoop coconut
- 1 scoop sunflower seeds
- 1 scoop nuts (your choice)
- ½ cup water or apple juice
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup canola oil
- 1-2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Bake at 350° on a jelly roll pan for 30-40 minutes, removing pan and stirring every ten minutes. As it cools, add whatever dried fruit you prefer--cranberries, raisins, and a healthy amount of ground flax seed.
