Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce salmon steaks
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1.2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- ⅛ cups lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
Minx all ingredients and put in a zip lock bag. Put the salmon steaks in the bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Light the grill. Grill the steaks and brush with the marinade while grilling. Be careful not to over cook.
