Ingredients
- 2 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
Directions
Saute oinons and garlic in oil until soft. Add red pepper and cook a few minutes. Add beans and simmer for 10 minutes. Take most of the mixture and puree in food processor. Add reserved whole beans and pepper bits.
