Triple Chocolate Dream Pie


  • cup General Mills Fiber One
  • cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 item egg white
  • 6 teaspoons Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon fat free margarine
  • 1 serving jello white chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 cup fat free skim milk
  • 2 cups Cool Whip Free
  • 4 items egg whites
  • ½ cup Splenda
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa


1) Grind up cereal and graham crackers.
2) Mix together 1 egg white, margarine, and 2 Tbsp. Splenda
3) Mix in crumb mixture and cinnamon.
4) bake at 325 for 10 minutes

5) Whisk together milk and jello. When it begins to thicken, fold in coolwhip, 1/2 at a time.
6) put jello mixture in pie crust.
7) put in freezer.

8) beat eggwhites until they form soft peaks.
9) while continuing to beat, gradually stir in sugar and splenda. Beat until stiff peaks are formed.
10) add vanilla and cocoa. Mix in.
11) Spread over the top of the jello mixture.

12) Freeze

If you cut this into 8 pieces, they are two points each. Compare that with French Silk Pie, which is 11 points per piece.
