Thin Pancakes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 3 egg yolks or 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted

Method

Process all ingredients are incorporated but don't overdo it. If possible let the batter rest overnight in the fridge. Cook in a small skillet with a small amount of butter like crepes (or in a nonstick skillet without extra butter). Serve rolled up with maple syrup or jam.
