Tater Tot Hot Dish


  • 1 bag regular tater tots
  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon base
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 98% FF cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 8 ounces Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cups finely shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese


Brown ground beef and onion together, add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms begin to soften. Add the bouillon base and mix well. Add both cans of soup and the green beans and mix well. Spray a 9x13” casserole dish with Pam. Pour the meat mixture and spread evenly. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
