Sue Ann's Multi-Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup conion, chopped
  • ½ cup green pepper, chopped
  • ½ box peas, frozen
  • ½ cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 package french cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained

Method

Bring sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a boil; remove from heat and cool. Add vegetables and toss. Marinate at least overnight.
