Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method

Combine all ingredients, then let rest overnight in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers or crudites.
