Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix, dark dutch fudge
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin

Method

1 box cake mix (works best with Duncan Hines dark fudge cake, Daniel likes it with spice cake mix. Doesn’t tend to work well with lighter chocolate cakes)
1 15 oz. can pure pumpkin.

Preheat oven to 350•. Put pumpkin and cake mix in food processor and process until a thick uniform batter forms. Divide batter evenly between 12 greased muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes at 350•.


Notes

NOTES : Works best with Duncan Hines dark fudge cake. Daniel likes it with spice cake mix. Doesn’t tend to work well with lighter chocolate cakes.
