Peanut Sausages

Ingredients

  • cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 ounces dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Fantastic World Foods Falafel
  • 3 teaspoons canned tomato paste
  • ¼ teaspoon Marjoram, dried
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

Grind the peanuts. Put them in a bowl with the breadcrumbs, garbanzo bean flour, tomato paste, marjoram, and soy sauce. Add the water and stir well. Form the mixture into sausage shapes. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages for 5-7 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with a side salad.
