Ghetto Pie


  • 1 pillsbury frozen pie crust
  • 1 8-oz. container breyers cherry yogurt
  • 1 8-oz. container breyers keylime yogurt
  • 1 package sugar free lemon jello
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip Free


1. Preheat oven to 400•.
2. Thaw out pie crust according to package directions. Unfold pie crust into a nine inch pie plate. Crimp outside edge of crust, and poke holes in sides and bottom of crust.
3. Place crust in oven and prebake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Cool crust completely.
4. Stir jello packet and 1/4 cup boiling water together until jello powder is completely dissolved. This takes a few minutes so you have to be patient. Otherwise, your pie will not set up properly and will flop around on the plate.
5. Carefully stir in the yogurt using a whisk and mix it all up until it’s of a uniform color.
6. Using a rubber spatula, fold the Cool Whip in to the mixture, and keep on folding until it’s uniform color and texture.
7. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
8. Chill the finished pie in the fridge at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Yield: 6 healthy wedges of pie
