Eight Can Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 cans diced tomates
  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 medium onion, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Drain and rinse things in cans. Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat at least 2 hours. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
