Bob Moeller's Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Method

In a greased ovenproof form, alternate layers of macaroni, cheese, and chopped onions. Make the last layer grated cheese. Mix the milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over casserole. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes. Leftovers can be frozen in baggies and used for toddler lunches.
